About Euro Auto Repair
Located at 3801 12th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11218, Euro Auto Repair operates as an auto repair shop serving Brooklyn in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as auto body shop, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 7:30 am–5:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Brooklyn peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If you are looking for a job done right and at a fair price. No need to look anywhere else. These guys not only fixed my car but they did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of. They were communicative and transparent through the whole process. I hope I don’t need to bring my car back anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be bringing it back here.

I went for a usual oil change at this location, had my oil change done here many times. This time I received a call stating that my oil pan thread has been stripped, and was asked who did my last oil change? My answer was this shop, she looked up the service in their system and it was in March. So after, I was told that I will speak with the manager about the situation. I arrive and the manager told me that the oil pan threading is stripped and he applied an oversized bolt. I responded well the last time I had my oil change was here at this location, so whoever had the job to change my oil did a careless job. Manager responded, this is aluminum and this can happen. I responded yes I can happen when someone does the job carelessly. I also said why would I need to pay for a new oil pan if one of your workers did a bad job. The manager responded again it is aluminum and it can happen, also he had the nerve to say “I did you a favor and applied an oversized bolt, I could of left the original bolt in and let you go with a leaking oil pan” The nerve for a “manager” to say that and not take accountability that one of his workers did a very poorly job. It is in their system that my last oi

Five stars isn’t enough for Euro Auto Repair. After dealing with another shop that charged me over $2,000 and still didn’t fix the issue, I was honestly frustrated and starting to think my car was a lost cause. That shop told me that the problem was basically impossible to solve after taking thousands of dollars from me. Then I found Euro Auto Repair... and everything changed. I spoke with Mike, who was professional, straightforward, and reassuring from the start. He took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel like my car was fixable... not some hopeless situation. That alone was a huge difference. It’s now been several days, and my car is running perfectly. The problem that the other shop couldn’t fix? Completely resolved. And I have to mention Elvis... he went above and beyond. He picked me up from the train and even drove me to the bank so I wouldn’t have to pay a $130 tax fee. That level of service is rare. It’s not just about fixing cars here... it’s about genuinely taking care of people. If you need repairs and want an honest, professional shop that actually stands behind their work, this is the place. I’m beyond grateful. Truly five stars across the boar
